Sr. Sales Director
to lead our sales team. The Sr. Sales Director will be responsible for creating a sales strategy for the organization that will build new revenue sources for Grapevine. In support of Grapevine’s ongoing growth, we are looking for someone who can help develop and lead a team of business development and sales employees.About Grapevine:Grapevine is a MassChallenge 2014 Gold Winner that believes YouTube is THE new network. Check out more information on our website http://www.grapevinelogic.comResponsibilities:* Manage, coach and mentor a team of account and business development managers focused on driving new revenue with new and existing clients* Drive sales execution by reviewing sales strategies, forecasts and participating in customer meetings* Advise and consult with the sales team on prospecting, account planning, account management, demonstrating product and closing business* Represent your team’s progress and activity to the C-Suite and accurately forecast your business to the Finance team* Define goals and metrics and continually measure against progress* Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners (CPG organizations and Agencies) to help keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company* Help recruit, hire and retain top talentRequirements:*
Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience* Minimum of 5+ years leading sales teams* Experience selling and/or managing CPG products or attaining CPG clients* Documented track record of success in a fast moving sales environment within a high growth company* Expert ability in account planning, account management and upselling to new and existing accounts* Ability to create and implement successful sales plans* Ability to mentor and motivate business development and account managers* Ability to communicate and clearly express complex ideas, both in writing and verbally at all levels of a client and corporate organization* Persistence in pursuing opportunities* Competitive Salary + Bonus* Stock Options* 401k w/ Matching* Flexible office hours* 22 day PTO: (vacation + holidays)* Continuing education & Conference Opportunities
