In this position, the project lead drives the development and fulfillment of online marketing strategies as defined by department leadership. You will lead, plan, direct, coordinate and execute activities related to design, programming, content oversight, security and user experience for Texas Children's mass email and digital fundraising platforms.Think you’ve got what it takes?Job Duties & Responsibilities

Serves as lead developer for Texas Children's fundraising websites, transactional forms/pages, and email.Works with management, creative teams, outside vendors and IS to develop deliverables, such as forms, email, websites and other online elements.Works with Digital Marketing leadership, IS and/or software vendors and consultants to develop a deep understanding of the Email development/fundraising platforms, constituent databases, and HTML and CSS coding.Provide leadership in developing optimized, aesthetically-pleasing and accessible email/digital communications.Lead implementation, production and sending of high-volume email.Works with content developers on content strategy as it relates to Texas Children’s email and fundraising platforms.Participates in direct marketing planning sessions to discuss testing and optimization of email campaigns.Facilitates and manages discussions with requestors to determine goals and objectives of the request, gathers requirements, sets expectations and develops project strategy.Leverages knowledge of emerging digital trends related to email, digital fundraising and web development.Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree4 years' experience required in interactive design experience including information architecture, user experience, web site development, content management systems and new media2 years' experience in leading teams or projects preferredPreferred experience with multimedia production such as video and podcastsUnderstanding of social media landscape and application of understanding to online channelsFamiliarity with search engine optimization writing techniques, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office SuiteMust be independently motivated, able to work with a variety of people and able to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines; as well as a strategic thinker—willing to search for ideas, establish and complete plans.Quick learner of complex platforms; experience with Blackbaud software including Luminate Online or similar platformStrong coding skills in HTML and CSS with development of responsive email in a mass email platform integrated with a complex CRM/databaseStrong experience developing responsive transactional webpages and forms including front end development of a user interfaceAbout Texas Children’s
