This position acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering the Sales agreement, coordinating/detailing all Meeting, Food and Beverage events, collaborating on A/V needs, managing room blocks, billing instructions, and final review. Event Planning Managers are responsible for the smooth execution of all events, in conjunction with the Event Services Team.Benefits

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skillsA minimum of 2-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferredMust be proficient in general computer knowledgeCandidates should be extremely detail-oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environmentPreferred candidate has completed CMP or equivalent trainingHyatt is an equal-opportunity employer.
