$110,000 - $180,000Position Description:Our client is seeking a skilled Trust and Estates Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. The role involves working closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, draft legal documents such as wills and trusts, and provide guidance on trust administration and probate proceedings.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to assess their estate planning needs and develop customized solutions.Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Advise clients on trust administration matters, including funding trusts, distributing assets, and preparing trust accountings.Represent clients in probate proceedings, including estate administration and contested matters.Provide legal guidance on tax planning strategies, including estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax.Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing.3+ years of experience practicing in trust and estates law.Strong understanding of estate planning principles, trust administration, and probate procedures.Tax experience is preferred.Experience working with high-net-worth clients.Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.Book of business preferred, but not required.Firm Culture:
