Role Overview: As an Account Manager at DM Force, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading clients to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate direct mail industry. If you are customer-focused, passionate about outgrowing the competition, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire and guide clients to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts.
Develop and execute direct mail campaigns to reach target audiences.
Educate clients on new services and ensure they are fully informed about campaign strategies and performance.
Build and maintain marketing reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
Ensure all campaigns are free of grammar errors or design glitches.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in campaign execution and content creation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-starter with a proactive approach.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the real estate industry.
Experience with direct mail.
Experience with customer success.
Experience with agency account management.
Compensation:
$120-140k+ OTE.
Management Compensation available via promotion.
