As a
Product Operations Analytics Specialist
here at Honeywell,you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to uncover product,customer, market insights that drive decision-making. Working closely withProduct/Offering Management, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success Teams,you will ensure that the data informs every phase of the product lifecycle-from ideation to post launch optimization. You will play a crucial role indriving the offering management function. You will be responsible fordeveloping and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability.Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaboratewith cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomesfor Honeywell's business.
You will report directly to our Sr Director Product Operations leader andyou'll work out of our Atlanta location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation,customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, riskmanagement, and cost-efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerformance Monitoring and Analysis: Gather andInterpret data from multiple sources to assess the health and performance ofour products and portfolio. Provide data driven recommendations to improve keyperformance metrics related to portfolio operations, such as project timelines,resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data toidentify trends, issues, and areas for improvementDocumentation, Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintaincomprehensive documentation of product initiatives, including project plans,meeting notes, and status reports, in addition build reporting dashboards thatvisualize key data trends and product performance for cross functional teamsand senior leadership. Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders tocommunicate progress and identify any issues or risks.Drive Continuous Improvements: Use data to identifygaps and inefficiencies in the product development process, advocating forsolutions that drive operational excellence.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that mayimpact the successful delivery of product initiatives. Develop contingencyplans and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

YOU MUST HAVE5+ years in a data-driven role such as Product Analytics, Data Science, Insights Management. Preferably in a Software or Tech organization3+ years analytics software: Excel, Power BI, TableauProven track record of translating data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes and process and product improvementsExcellent understanding of software product lifecycle and agile development processStrong understanding of Master Data Management
