As a Product Operations Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to uncover product, customer, market insights that drive decision-making. Working closely with Product/Offering Management, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success Teams, you will ensure that the data informs every phase of the product lifecycle- from ideation to post launch optimization. You will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.
You will report directly to our Sr Director Product Operations leader and you'll work out of our Atlanta location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Gather and Interpret data from multiple sources to assess the health and performance of our products and portfolio. Provide data driven recommendations to improve key performance metrics related to portfolio operations, such as project timelines, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
Documentation, Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain comprehensive documentation of product initiatives, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports, in addition build reporting dashboards that visualize key data trends and product performance for cross functional teams and senior leadership. Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders to communicate progress and identify any issues or risks.
Drive Continuous Improvements: Use data to identify gaps and inefficiencies in the product development process, advocating for solutions that drive operational excellence.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of product initiatives. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years in a data-driven role such as Product Analytics, Data Science, Insights Management. Preferably in a Software or Tech organization
3+ years analytics software: Excel, Power BI, Tableau
Proven track record of translating data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes and process and product improvements
Excellent understanding of software product lifecycle and agile development process
Strong understanding of Master Data Management
