Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead Portfolio Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our diverse product portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, optimizing processes, and driving successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in operations management, exceptional strategic planning skills, and a passion for driving excellence in product operations.

Ideal Candidate Experience
5 years of experience in leading operations management, with a focus on product operations or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes, and quality management principles is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy and Optimization:
Ensure the product portfolio aligns with short- and long-term strategic planning and organizational objectives.
Support in prioritize investments and manage risks associated with the portfolio.
Create detailed performance reports for executive leadership to drive informed decision-making.
Periodically assess the portfolio’s health and balance the portfolio to optimize performance and growth.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct regular competitive pricing analysis to ensure products within the portfolio are priced competitively
Provide pricing analysis to support new product introductions (NPI) and strategic decisions.
Customer Segmentation and Pricing Strategies:
Collaborate with product and commercial teams to segment customers effectively.
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of customer segments.
Design tiered pricing strategies based on customer value and market demands.
Value Proposition Development:
Define and refine the value propositions of products across the portfolio to resonate with customer needs and market positioning.
Drive differentiation in the market through compelling product offerings.
Strategic Pricing and Business Plan Development Support:
Partner with internal pricing teams to develop pricing models for NPIs.
Ensure pricing strategies align with broader strategic goals and financial targets.
Support the preparation and validation of the Business Case for NPI’s
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management
Strong understanding of Master Data Management
