THE BUSINESS

Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI) is the software arm of Honeywell Industrial Automation, with strategic focus on digitalization, process, operational and people excellence, and asset reliability SaaS offerings and solutions. This role is within Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI), a Business Enterprise within Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). It includes the portfolio of software offerings for Industrial Automation.

THE POSITION

· As an After Market Services Offering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function for our After Market Services division. You will be responsible for defining and managing high value offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the aftersales market. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the after-sales market

· Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs in the after-market services space.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings in the after-sales market

· Collaborate with inbound AMS offering manager, cross-product offering managers, and AMS delivery leader to define, deliver, and commercialize AMS offerings to market

· Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for after-market services

· Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities in the after-sales market

· Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies for after-market services

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the after-sales market

Provide leadership and guidance to the offering management team for after-market services

YOU MUST HAVE

· Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles

· Understanding of After Market Services Business

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities

· Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings

· Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
