This role is within Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI), a Business Enterprise within HCE. It includes the portfolio of software offerings for Industrial Automation.

THE POSITION

The

Director of Product Operations, ARR Transformation and AMS

is a key role responsible for leading and managing the program for the transformation of Honeywell’s Process Solutions software and hardware offerings to a recurring revenue model. S/he will also lead the definition and go-to-market strategy of After Market Service offerings for the Honeywell Connected Industrials software products.

This role reports to the Chief Product Officer of Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI) and will be based in Houston, TX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the transition to a recurring revenue business, manage this program working with Pricing & Packaging team, Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Recommend pricing & packaging strategies for subscription and consumption-based pricing.

Manage a team of Offering Managers.

Drive software product requirements including entitlements and telemetry to enable a recurring revenue model and After Market Services.

Define key KPIs to track success towards an ARR transition.

Manage 3rd party consulting for cross-functional ARR transformation.

Define the strategy and new offerings for After Market Services (AMS) associated with the HCI software offerings, in conjunction with the After Market Services delivery team.

Responsible for the success of AMS offerings working with the software product and the AMS delivery teams.

YOU MUST HAVE:

10+ years leading Product Management, Pricing & Packaging, After Market Service Offerings, or Business Transformation functions.

Experience leading the transformation to a recurring revenue model at a software company.

Experience in defining and delivering Managed Services and/or After Market Services offerings.

5+ years leading a team with demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Experience in SaaS, PaaS, Cloud-based software offerings, as well as a subscription/recurring revenue-based business.

Understanding of industrial process technologies and industrial software.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Proven track record of driving portfolio growth and capturing market opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, prospects, analysts, sales, R&D, and the management team.

WE VALUE:

An MBA in General Management, Technology Strategy, or Finance.

BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Proven organizational skills; detail-oriented; strong project management skills; ability to multi-task and work on several assignments concurrently; able to coordinate people and processes to deliver a product.

Inbound and outbound product management experience.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into software and services solutions.

Ability to influence a wide group of employees including Leadership, Development, Consulting, and Sales.
