Job Summary
The People Team strives to make GHC the best home for leaders seeking careers in health equity. The Director of People and Culture is a strategic, mission-driven leader who oversees equitable, inclusive, and people-centric HR services for our team. The primary responsibilities for this role include day-to-day People operation and overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits strategy, benefits and payroll HR administration, staff engagement, employee relations, legal compliance, HRIS administration, and People analytics.

Oversee outreach, recruitment, and hiring, with a particular emphasis on strengthening GHC’s commitment to diversityExecute and strengthen GHC learning and growth programSet and steward performance expectations to ensure staff understand the competencies they need to succeed at GHCSupport managers strengthen staff performanceOversee all career milestones from onboarding to offboardingLearning & Development
