Landscape Project Manager & Estimator

The Landscape Project Manager and Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications, conducting site assessments, and providing accurate cost estimates for landscaping and hardscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscaping practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.Job Responsibilities:Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documentsConduct site visits to assess the scope of work, soil conditions, and potential challengesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for landscaping projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costsUtilize estimating software and tools to ensure precision in calculationsCollaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive, competitive, and profitable bidsObtain quotes and negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers for materials and servicesBuild and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure cost effectivenessWork closely with project managers to develop and manage project budgetsMonitor project costs throughout the construction phase and identify cost-saving opportunitiesPresent cost estimates and bids to clients in a clear and understandable mannerAddress client inquiries and concerns regarding project costsMaintain accurate records of all project estimates, bids, and related documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standardsRegularly inspect our equipment, facilities, and work vehiclesQualifications/Skills:Excellent analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in estimatingEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong knowledge of plant types, plant care, hardscaping, and masonryEducation and Experience Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Landscape Estimator or in a similar role within the landscaping industryStrong knowledge of landscaping materials, techniques and industry trendsProficiency in QuickBooks and Landscape ProIf you have a passion for landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide accurate cost estimates for projects, we encourage you to apply for the Landscape Project Manager and Estimator position.
