The Sr. Campaign Manager plays a key role in the management and execution of AppFolio’s customer marketing strategy for our adopted services. This role will partner closely with product marketing and product teams to develop customer journeys that drive adoption of additional services within the AppFolio ecosystem.
Your impact:
Craft customer engagement programs & experiences that feel like service, increasing engagement, demand and adoption for self-enabled services within the AppFolio product.
Strategize a targeted PLG engagement strategy that inspires customers to take action in-app at higher rates.
Utilize customer segmentation and analytics to personalize marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
Create a connected, customer-first experience at regional and national events to promote awareness and drive demand of adopted services.
Actively track and analyze performance of campaigns dedicated to driving customer engagement and adoption of services.
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs and pain points, ensuring marketing efforts align with customer goals.
Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials and collateral that support campaign goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure AppFolio’s customer marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Share performance and strategy to cross-functional stakeholders in Monthly Business Review meetings.
Qualifications:
Experience working at a B2B technology company, preferably SaaS.
A strong partner who can collaborate cross-functionally, manage by influence, and hold your own in discussions with senior leaders.
Someone with strong attention to detail to ensure everything we create for our customers is of the highest quality and maintains brand standards.
Experience using project management tools to keep projects on track and ensure they are completed on time.
Passion for creating a seamless experience for our customers that inspires them to expand their partnership with AppFolio.
A self-starter who can initiate and complete new projects, measure the impact and scale as necessary.
Must have:
5+ years of experience in marketing or lifecycle marketing.
Deep understanding of marketing channels and tactics to leverage in account-based initiatives.
Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Quip or similar tools.
Some travel to regional or national events.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $104,000 - $130,000.
The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
