The Sr. Account Based Marketing Manager plays a key role in the management and execution of AppFolio’s target account strategy. This role will partner closely with the marketing, business development, and sales teams to facilitate data-driven account targeting and orchestration, including 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, that drive demand and increase engagement & Sales opportunities within our top tier accounts and strategic territories.
Your impact:
Identify and prioritize target accounts using a data-driven approach, in partnership with Sales to support their outbound strategy and overall business objectivesDefine a cadence of 1:1 and 1:few campaigns that move accounts through the sales funnel at a faster rateResearch & craft personalized programming tailored to individual accounts leveraging persona pain points and challengesDevelop & execute scalable campaigns that allow us to drive engagement within our priority segmentsCreate a connected, customer-first experience at regional and national events to promote awareness and drive demandActively track and analyze the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, and optimize as neededCommunicate ABM program performance and status of top accounts to key stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications:
Experience working at a B2B technology company, preferably SaaSA strong partner who can collaborate cross-functionally, manage by influence, and hold your own in discussions with senior leadersSomeone with strong attention to detail to ensure everything we create for top accounts is of the highest quality and maintains brand standardsExperience using Project management tools to keep projects on track and ensure they are completed on timeA flexible mindset. You may need to pivot when a top account needs attention or a new opportunity comes up that aligns with our key business outcomes.A Self-starter who can initiate and complete new projects, measure the impact and scale as necessary
Must have:
5+ years of experience in field marketing or marketingDeep understanding of marketing channels and tactics to leverage in account-based initiativesExperience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Quip or similar toolsSome travel to regional or national events
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $107,000.00 - $161,000.00
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
