Job Summary
The Producer must think strategically, move fast to execute shoots; excellent project management skills; a keen eye for compelling and innovative content; and a passion for continuous improvement.
Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy
Align with senior management to define the scope of work for each shoot: determining budgets, hired talent and priorities.
Create and oversee the studio calendar: schedule shoot dates, styling sessions, and fitting appointments.
Build and manage all photo and video production budgets, in addition to budgets for one-off projects.
Planning and execution of pre-production and production: logistics, travel schedules, call sheets, sourcing, crew, catering, equipment, locations, talent booking, build outs, wardrobe, glam, timelines.
Continuous research and development to stay ahead of trends, finding ways to improve efficiency of productions.
Execution
Produce photo and video studio, managing all aspects of production. Ensure that all content is produced on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and consistency.
Work with senior management to build the annual budget.
Arrive as the first person on set and stay until the completion of shoot days, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail throughout the entire production process.
Collaborate closely with stylists to curate and source a diverse range of shoes and accessories for fashion shoots, ensuring they align with the approved creative direction.
Coordinate and participate in all styling and fitting sessions, overseeing the styling process and directing approvals to the creative director and fashion director for final sign-off.
Manage the in-house photo studio and the equipment. Source and purchase essential items needed for the smooth operation of the studio.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers to ensure production needs are met.
Drafting of agreements for all vendors and talent.
Time Management/Reporting
Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear expectations for yourself.
Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects.
Manage invoicing for vendors: review, submit and track all payments.
Share budget reports and meet with the senior management team to keep spending on track.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3-5 years producing within Creative industries.
Must have experience managing photo studios.
Must have experience managing a team.
Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and concepts to team members.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within our exciting company.
High energy and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard. Frequent sitting, standing, walking. Occasional bending, stooping. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
