This role is located in Lake Mary, FL, and is a hybrid position.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Operate effectively as Product Owner of an enterprise application.Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver Agile technology solutions across enterprise systems (Ivalua Source-to-Pay, IHS Markit KY3P, and SirionLabs).Actively collect and revise end user story submissions that can be converted to JIRA.Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) among technical and business teams; developing test scripts, acceptance criteria, and backout plans.Monitor and collaborate with end users and stakeholders to continually drive improvements to the program's systems and processes.Partner with corporate technology and reporting teams to ensure consistent data and processes to enable effective integration with reporting platforms.Develop system onboarding and migration plans to effectively move processes and functions to new or different enterprise systems.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, supply chain management, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Seven to 10 years applicable experience preferred.Knowledge of procurement and governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and contract authoring platforms including Ivalua and SirionLabs preferred.Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels within the organization, including senior management, as well as with suppliers.Highly organized individual, with excellent time management skills and the flexibility to handle multiple projects.Ability to start and finish tasks with minimal management oversight and maintain a positive attitude.Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
