This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA/ Lake Mary, FL - and would be a hybrid position.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Manage the day-to-day T&E expense management operational services across BNY globally, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Oversee customer support and vendor management activities, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Act as the escalation point for internal clients to address and resolve issues impacting T&E expense operations.Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders (Finance, Technical, Compliance, Risk Management, etc.) to optimize and improve T&E expense operations and enhance end-user experience.Develop, enhance, and document training, support materials, process workflows, standard operating procedures, risk controls, accounting and reconciliation, and other relevant documentation associated with the T&E expense management platform.Utilize T&E data and analytics to generate insightful reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and ensure alignment with the company’s global travel and expense policy.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Experience in T&E Expense Management. Prior experience in managing T&E expense operations within a global organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with SAP Concur, Expensify, or other widely used T&E expense management tools required.Strong Customer Support and Vendor Management Skills: Proven experience in overseeing customer support and vendor management activities, acting as the escalation point for internal clients to address and resolve issues impacting T&E expense operations.Collaborative Partnering Abilities: Ability to partner effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders (Finance, Technical, Compliance, Risk Management, etc.) to optimize and improve T&E expense operations and enhance the end-user experience.Proficiency in Developing and Documenting Processes: Ability to develop, enhance, and document training materials, support materials, process workflows, standard operating procedures, risk controls, accounting, and reconciliation related to the T&E expense management platform.Analytical and Reporting Skills: Strong analytical skills to utilize T&E data and analytics for generating insightful reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global travel and expense policy.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
