This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – Hybrid.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Premier Client Solutions is a highly visible and high-performance driven team in Wealth Management that works with our front office partners and operational teams to ensure our clients have a smooth and seamless client onboarding experience.Leads project management activities for the onboarding/transition/conversion such as reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation and day-to-day tracking, and other project documentation preparation.Responsible for the overall success of large, complex transitions/conversions, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience.Provides consultative support of complex situations for internal and external clients.Provides leadership and recommendations for onsite client support and training to assist with documentation, quality review and submission of documents.Obtains and reviews the appropriate documentation and reference data and ensures regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed prior to opening accounts.Ensures all SLAs are met.Marshals firm-wide resources (product, technology, marketing, compliance, teams, etc.) to ensure client transition/conversion needs are being addressed and develops processes to ensure communication and alignment across teams.Regular review and appraisal of workflows and procedures to provide optimum client experience and appreciation of regulatory, compliance and risk environment.Leads process improvements based on post-mortem transition analysis.Contributes to the achievement of team and area objectives.No direct reports.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Applicants for this role must have great articulation, client focus, communication and project management skills.Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.7-10 years of total work experience preferred.Experience in financial services, client facing, or project management roles preferred.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
