In this role, you will be the escalation support between your team, IT, regional operations management, SKU, location management, system troubleshooting/support, and issue escalation of warehouse-related system issues. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your information systems knowledge to help drive system efficiency for our warehouse.
Your Responsibilities
You will be the primary support for yourlocal IS team responsible for WMS and surrounding application supportManage acceptance and regression testing activitiesYou will train and support local super users and operations on WMS/TMS-related topics and attached applicationsAlign local incident management process with regional oneBe the first contact for system-related customer change requestsMonitor incident reporting queues (RT) including after-hours support on a rotation basis for WMS/TMS and BIPropose and lead joint continuous improvement programsProduction and maintenance of training documentation and working instructionsSystem validation - ensure that processes are aligned with customer requirementsYou will participate in quality and compliance auditsOrganize training led by the IT team for your team to be able to provide the first level of supportYour Skills and Experiences
A degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience as an IT/ IS Manager in warehousing or a supply chain environment3+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or JDA is preferred2+ years of technical experience working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and order management systemsGood Reasons to Join
