The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Meet the team:The group of Software Product Owners at Dexcom are comprised of the single accountable owners for software planning and execution to the product teams. This position works across all aspects of software to define and deliver products and new features across geographies. It is a highly collaborative leadership role requiring influence, clear direction and working with varied members of the software and cross-functional teams.Where you come in:You are the representative of software in the product core team and other forums.You are the point person to the software team for working with stakeholders in system engineering on product definition and planning activities.You are accountable for software deliverables and task completion needed to meet overall product plans and goals.You will drive resolution of issues within software and in collaboration with your counterparts across other functions.You own the software release plan roadmap for the product you represent and coordinate with other functional leaders on feature sets.What makes you successful:You are able to demonstrate confidence and excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communication.You are comfortable collaborating with others to drive resolution of complex product and project issues.You are able to synthesize information and have a keen understanding of what and how to share it at every level.You are equally able to think broadly as well as understand and relay nuanced project and product details.You have proven success leading complex software projects in a highly regulated environment.You have deep practical knowledge and experience with the product development process.Your ability to be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment.You are able to lead those who are not directly reporting to you.Your ability to manage conflict professionally with a strong “can do” attitude.What you’ll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs.
