Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney
to join its growing insurance coverage group. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers.
QualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of GeorgiaCoverage Litigation experience is preferred but not requiredExperience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL and property) is a plusExperience in both third-party or first-party claims is a plusSuperior analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage mattersDraft coverage opinion lettersDraft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigationProvide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjectsCommunicate with clients and draft reports to clients
