Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Job Description:Seeking associates with 4+ years of experience for the Labor & Employment management-side team in San Diego.On site position.Ideal candidates are employment litigators with strong academic backgrounds.Must have knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related legislation.Experience in case preparation for employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts is required.Ability to independently handle responsibilities such as attending hearings, drafting and responding to discovery, and preparing motions for federal and state court.Expected to manage cases through to trial.Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample online.
