We seek a colleague whose interests include teaching introductory and advanced Microbiology, establishing a vigorous, extramurally funded research program that incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) and involves both graduate and undergraduate students, and will support new departmental programs that are being developed, such as an online M.S. in Computational Biology. We are particularly interested in qualified candidates who can contribute, through their research, teaching, and service, to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.QUALIFICATIONSA Ph.D. in Biology or a relevant field is required.
