Your role is essential in supporting executive operations, ensuring the smooth handling of all tasks, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.Key Responsibilities:Executive-Level Support:
Manage complex calendars, ensure preparation for daily priorities, and maintain seamless communication for the executives you support. You’ll balance tasks independently while staying within established systems.Document Management:
Prepare, review, and organize sensitive business documents including forms, templates, audit documentation, and compliance reporting with meticulous attention to detail.Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with care, ensuring all business and employee data are managed with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Project Management:
Take charge of projects, driving them forward with a self-directed approach, while juggling multiple deadlines and priorities without compromising on quality.Process Improvement:
Leverage your technical expertise to identify and implement process improvements, using tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and other advanced software.What You'll Bring:Experience:
A minimum of 4+ years supporting Sr/C-Suite Leadership in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing executive priorities effectively.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with software such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, and DocuSign.Organizational Expertise:
A keen eye for detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities with ease.Project Management:
