Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support our in-house marketing initiatives, with a focus on public relations, conferences, events, and client-specific marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional B2B marketing, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations (PR):

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry media, trade publications, and key influencers.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to enhance the company’s brand reputation.

Monitor industry news and media coverage to identify opportunities for press engagement.

Assist in managing and responding to media inquiries and maintaining a positive public image.

5 Press Releases a month between all entities.

Conferences & Events:

Conduct all pre-conference marketing tasks (emails, post, social, website, others).

Plan, organize, and execute the company’s participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and client events.

Completion of 25 conferences a year for Med/Berry/VS/LPAI.

Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, and event setup.

Work with internal teams to develop event-specific marketing materials, presentations, and displays.

Maintain all conference attendees lists for email marketing.

Track event performance (ROI) and gather feedback to inform future planning and improve outcomes.

10 Speaking Engagements a Year.

Coordinate four executive podcasts a month with masterminds, partners, and other industry experts.

Client-Specific Marketing Projects:

Collaborate with account managers to develop tailored marketing strategies and materials for key B2B clients/Existing clients.

Coordinate and execute client-focused events, meetings, and presentations to support business development efforts.

Manage the creation and distribution of client-specific brochures, case studies, and other promotional materials.

Analyze the effectiveness of client marketing activities and recommend adjustments to enhance impact.

Maintenance and inventory of all Marketing collaterals (Brochures, Banners, Displays, promotions items).

General Marketing Support:

Support the production of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and inform marketing strategies.

Implement marketing strategies and analytics in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2-4+ years of experience in traditional B2B marketing, public relations, or event coordination.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with event planning and execution, including vendor and budget management.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
