At Acquisition.com, we’re seeking a visionary Director of Events to elevate our rapidly growing Event Production department. In less than a year, we’ve scaled from zero events to averaging nearly ten per month, and the demand continues to outpace our current capacity. You’ll be at the forefront of refining and scaling our operations to meet growing demand, ensuring each event not only meets but exceeds client expectations.Your leadership will be essential in developing innovative strategies, optimizing processes, and guiding a talented team to deliver outstanding, high-impact events. If you’re passionate about crafting standout events and defining new standards of quality, this is your moment to make a real difference.Responsibilities:Strategize and Execute: Develop and propose a comprehensive event management strategy that aligns with Acquisition.com's business goals.Team Leadership and Communication: Lead and motivate the event operations team through regular meetings, pre-event briefings, and effective communication, focusing on key priorities and departmental goals.Oversee all phases of event planning, from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to integrate events into overall business strategies.Lead the on-site execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive attendee experience.Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Foster a guest-centric atmosphere by engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and ensuring excellent service throughout the event experience.Measure event success through feedback, metrics, and post-event analysis to improve future events.Financial and Operational Management: Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation for event management departments.Results:Drive impactful events that elevate the company's presence.Deliver seamless, well-organized events that meet or exceed expectations.Consistently create engaging, memorable experiences for attendees.Maximize the return on investment by balancing budget-conscious decisions without compromising quality.Implement streamlined processes and systems that improve the planning, execution, and follow-up phases of events.Build and maintain reliable relationships with vendors.Foster a highly collaborative and motivated events team.Analyze event data to continuously optimize future events.Ensure events directly support business objectives.Requirements:10-15+ years of leadership experience in event management.Demonstrated experience in planning and executing multi-day business or educational events for 100 to 500+ attendees.Must be based in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.Strong background in managing customer relationships and guest experiences.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.Skilled at analyzing data to generate innovative solutions.Impeccable attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly.Proficient in using project management software.Experienced in managing event budgets.Energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Salary:
