You should be our Sr. Demand Generation & Campaigns Manager!The highlights:You'll help shape the future of Recurly by helping us build the next iteration of our marketing and demand generation strategy—creating, executing, and optimizing targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness.Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Global Demand Generation, you will work in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and diverse perspectives.Plan and execute data-driven demand generation campaign strategy to help achieve company goals.Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building tactics, and measuring results.Work with members of Product Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure messaging is consistent and appropriate for the campaign, and aligns with target markets, personas, and use cases.Track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaign tactics, and report ongoing results to Sales and Marketing leadership.Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with Marketing Operations Team on creating reports and performance metrics for effective sales follow-up.Support the development of content (emails, webinars, videos, blogs, collateral) to be used in the campaigns.Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of paid digital and campaign programs.Develop an integrated and omni-channel go to market strategy across our core campaigns to drive new business pipeline generation and support expansion goals.Deliver against revenue and ROAS targets across marketing channels, tactics and campaigns, including preparation and reporting regularly against KPIs, campaign, and channel performance/results.Manage email marketing program, including oversight of related consultant organizations, performance metrics, and ongoing optimization.Research, understand, and apply strategies that respond to industry trends.Develop and manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals.Requirements

A driven and engaged marketer with a successful track record of developing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns who understands pipeline management and metrics.A firm understanding of how the buyer journey, sales process, and demand generation programs, especially the nuances of tailoring marketing programs and campaigns to different audience segments.Experience partnering across internal marketing teams, SDR and sales teams to collaborate and execute successful integrated campaigns.Ability to define goals, communicate objectives, bring others (including sales) along to achieve those goals, and report on performance and impact.Critical thinking with the proven ability to think strategically, backed by an exceptional attention to detail in tactical execution.A can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and even stronger interpersonal skills.Are a high-initiative team player with the ability to collaborate, but also work independently.Experience and knowledge within the subscription or payments industry is a plus as this position will be focused on delivering campaigns targeting subscription and recurring revenue businesses.7-10 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS with progressive growth in responsibilities.Experienced user of an enterprise-class marketing tech-stack: Hands-on Salesforce experience is a must; Marketo or similar marketing automation platform working knowledge is preferred, 6Sense or alternate ABM solution is a plus.Benefits:As a full-time employee, Recurly offers competitive benefits programs, perks and options designed to fit your needs and the needs of your family.
