Roxbury is seeking an energetic clinician to lead our Admissions Department. This position serves as a senior leader reporting directly to the CEO. Great opportunity to grow in your field!Supervise all aspects of the Intake DepartmentCoordinate referral and intake processMaintain communication with referral sources, families, patients, and intake staffManage the program census, providing administrative management, and training of intake staffCoordinate staff and program schedulingMaintain compliance, conduct compliance auditsPerform direct patient care services in the Intake capacityRoxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for 40 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA, our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Director of Intake Job Requirements:Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Education, Psychology or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human service agency required.Two years experience in admissions/intake or behavioral healthcare environment required.
