Overview:
As the Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with our store’s values and objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns which encourage customer engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of all strategies related to marketing at CFA Hampton Cove.
Work on the floor as part of the team, and off the floor overseeing marketing business.
Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives and strategies that support business goals.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets aligned with Chick-fil-A's overall brand strategy.
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and promotions.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or some college level studies preferred).
Experience in marketing, preferably in the food service or retail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker, with a record of developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
REQUIREMENTS
Some experience necessary.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have a source of reliable transportation.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Must work well under pressure.
Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
