The Department of English Language and Literature at Yale University seeks to hire one tenure-track assistant professor specializing in any subject across English literary studies, for an appointment starting July 1, 2025. We seek outstanding scholars and teachers, especially those who have yet to enter a tenure track position. We are open to a range of methodologies for literary study and to work that focuses on any historical period and any geography of Anglophone writing.
