Our Worship Leader will work closely with our Lead Pastor in cultivating worship services and a worship team that leads our congregation to experience the presence of God and power of the Holy Spirit. Our Worship Leader will foster dynamic congregational worship, leading the best of modern contemporary songs while occasionally blending classic and timeless selections.Requirements & Qualifications:3+ years of experience leading worship services preferred.Ability to effectively lead a Spirit-led worship experience.A passionate Christ-Follower who loves Jesus and loves people.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficiency with musical instruments.Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.A passion for worship and spiritual growth.Be team-oriented.Be actively involved in the life of the church and pursuing spiritual growth.Duties & Responsibilities:Planning our weekly Sunday 10:00am worship service, utilizing Planning Center.Choosing congregational songs that engage the worshipers and compliment the preaching of God’s Word.Recruiting, auditioning, teaching, and training musicians in the church to serve the congregation as a team with musical skill and humility.Leading weekly rehearsals that serve a dual purpose:
Preparation for Sunday andCultivation of Christ-centered community.
Serving as a member of the ministry team at Stone Coast, demonstrating a commitment to our church community and its vision and values.Proficient in Planning Center, and preferably ProPresenter and Song Select.Modeling and leading heartfelt worship in an invitational style – that draws people in, encourages participation, and points people to Jesus.Work with the Lead Pastor/Teaching Pastor to ensure that all services are properly planned and executed.How To Apply
