Revenue Growth Strategy

Develop and execute an omnichannel strategy to expand the brand into multiple sales channels, including wholesale, retail partnerships, and online marketplaces.Build a revenue roadmap that balances DTC growth with new channel expansion, maximizing long-term brand value.

Data-Driven Revenue Forecasting

Utilize data analytics and industry trends to forecast revenue growth opportunities across all channels, setting achievable but ambitious targets.Regularly review and adjust forecasts based on channel performance, economic conditions, and seasonal demand.

Profitability Optimization

Develop strategies to increase revenue without compromising margin, adjusting pricing, promotions, and channel allocation as needed.Monitor unit economics and cost structure to ensure profitability goals are met across each channel.

Digital Growth Initiatives

Lead DTC growth by enhancing the customer experience, optimizing digital marketing, and expanding the e-commerce platform.Leverage SEO, email, and performance marketing to increase online customer acquisition and retention.

Wholesale and Retail Partnerships

Identify and secure key wholesale and retail partnerships to introduce into physical retail spaces.Negotiate terms with retail partners, creating mutually beneficial agreements to increase brand visibility and market reach.

Marketplace Expansion

Develop and execute strategies for expansion into major online marketplaces, evaluating and ensuring consistency with brand positioning.Monitor and manage performance on marketplaces to maintain brand integrity and profitability.

New Product Launch & Seasonal Sales

Oversee new product introductions across all channels, coordinating with product and marketing teams to drive sales during key seasonal periods.

Customer Segmentation & Behavior Analysis

Analyze customer data to segment audiences, understand purchasing behavior, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across channels.Design campaigns targeting key customer segments to improve lifetime value and retention rates.

Competitive Analysis

Monitor competitive landscape to anticipate shifts in the market and adjust revenue strategy accordingly.Benchmark against competitors across DTC and retail channels to identify best practices and differentiate the brand.

Customer Feedback Loop

Collect feedback from retail partners, DTC customers, and market research to continually improve product offerings and service levels.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate customer feedback into product development and communication strategies.

Align Sales & Marketing Initiatives

Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and promotions across all channels, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing reach.Coordinate with the marketing team to create omni-channel campaigns that drive in-store foot traffic, online sales, and brand engagement.

Product Development Collaboration

Collaborate with product teams to provide insights on channel needs, retail-ready packaging, and product assortments tailored for specific channel requirements.Drive the product roadmap to include channel-specific SKUs that cater to unique retail and digital marketplace demands.

Operations and Logistics Coordination

Partner with operations to ensure inventory availability and efficient distribution to all channels, minimizing stockouts and optimizing lead times.Work closely with fulfillment and logistics teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, whether for direct shipping or retail distribution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in revenue leadership, preferably in a consumer goods or lifestyle brand with a focus on DTC and retail channels.Strong track record of revenue growth, channel expansion, and customer acquisition.Experience building and leading cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and operations.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Salary:

$200,000 - $225,000
