Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850.What you will doThe Head of Employer Branding builds the power of the Kenvue Employer Brand to attract and engage exceptional talent from around the world. You will lead a team of employer branding specialists to deploy digital marketing strategies and drive brand awareness, ensuring Kenvue is the place to be for the best talent in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop internal and external talent marketing strategy and plan, set measurable key performance indicators, and educate business partners on key concepts.Coordinate regional and multichannel recruitment communications planning; develop integrated marketing campaigns which include social media.As a member of the Global Talent Access Leadership Team, define the best-in-class candidate experience and partner with global recruiting leads.Identify talent attraction challenges and research/recommend communications and outreach solutions.Lead all employer branding channels and technology, including content strategy.Engage with internal leaders and employees to create stories and videos showcasing work locations and roles.Strengthen strategic communications and storytelling capability across the talent access organization.Ensure change management and proper rollout of recruitment marketing programs through detailed project management.Research and determine suitable metrics for measuring the productivity of our employment brand and communications.Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of recruitment marketing and social media outreach programs.Leverage data and user research to track and evaluate brand performance and develop insight-based recommendations.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of direct, relevant, and recent experience in Branding.Experience partnering with external marketing agencies is required.Consumer Branding or Employer Branding Experience is required.Experience in building and implementing branding strategies.Proficiency in the general recruitment process and the impact of employer brand on candidate experience.Expertise in external market analytics and the ability to provide data-driven insights.Proficiency handling digital channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.The ability to translate brand strategy into recruitment marketing initiatives.Must be a creative problem solver with a global talent perspective.Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Proven leadership and influencing skills.What’s in it for youAnnual base salary ranges from $119,000 to $205,850, along with paid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, learning & development opportunities, and employee resource groups.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
