For more information, click here .Role reports to: Reliability Director, Skin HealthLocation: Kenvue's corporate headquarter is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel %: 10Pay: In the US this position ranges from $119,000 - $205,850What you will doThe Senior Manager, Rapid Response role is focused in three areas - 1) accelerated solution design and implementation, 2) proactive risk sensing, and 3) long term issue prevention. This manager leads high risk projects focused on accelerated compliant remediation of issues that have a high probability of causing significant impact to customer service. The Senior Manager leads high impact, high priority remediation activities across the North America organization. At times, these teams and projects may be global in scope. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director of Reliability, NA Skin Health.Key Responsibilities:Manage and influence multi-functional teams in remediating significant issues or risks to product supply. Teams may include representation from Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and internal and external manufacturing sites.Apply business & technical skills and good judgment to assess risk quickly & optimally, decisively prioritize and triage issues based on severity and imminence, and eliminate or minimize impactPartner with leadership to ensure communication is timely, roadblocks are quickly addressed, resource gaps are identified and resolved, risks are mitigated, and partners are aligned across multiple levelsProactively identify risk through various risk sensing techniques and develop detailed mitigation plans with robust contingency. Partner with cross functional leadership in building & delivering the overall Reliability Program to drive systemic improvement in supply reliability performance.Utilize project management, dashboards, project metrics and lessons learned to improve customer service and avoid future quality issuesWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. An MBA is preferred.8 years' experience in one or more relevant functions including Engineering, R&D, Sales, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Quality Assurance or Supply Chain Operations3 years' experience managing projectsAn independent self-starter with strong oral and written communication skillsProven ability to partner and communicate across functional levels, and to influence without authority within a matrix reporting structureExpert at challenging the status quo.A solid understanding of business priorities, and proficient in marketplace dynamics, processes, tools within Supply Chain and Franchise while maintaining excellent customer focus are required.The ability to evaluate risk, with robust knowledge of quality systems and project management tools (Microsoft project, GANTT, RACI, Lessons learned, FMEA, etc) is required.FPX, PMP, Six Sigma/Process Excellence certification helpful.Proficient with MS Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint is required.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $$119,000 to $205,850.
