We seek applicants with the relevant experience, deep industry relationships and current sector expertise to assume lead coverage of the US Small & Midcap Biotechnology sector.

Formulation of stock- and sector-level investment theses.On-going authoring and production of written research to promote investment views, and marketing of those views to internal and external clients.Leveraging relationships with companies under coverage as part of channel checks and due diligence efforts.Organizing ad hoc roadshows, client events and conferences.Maintenance of financial models in support of investment views, data gathering, aggregation and analysis.Managing junior staff aligned with the sector.Skills You'll Need
A minimum of 8 years of sector-specific work experience in sell-side equity research, investment banking, private equity and/or investment management.Strong relationships with management teams in coverage sector.MBA and/or CFA certification preferred but not required.Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
