FinanceSummary:The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting is responsible for leading corporate accounting and global consolidation to deliver accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. This involves leading the global monthly statutory close process including analytical insights, annual preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements and active audit support, active management of global accounting positions and significant transactions, and managing the integrity of accounting system data.This position reports to the Assistant Controller and frequently interacts with VP, Corporate Controller, corporate FP&A team, corporate tax team, corporate treasury team, global BU and plant controllers, corporate and external audit teams, and other executives.In addition, this role will be responsible for management and performance of US credit operations, US payroll and benefits, and mentoring and developing employees.Responsibilities:Lead the global monthly statutory close process, including analytical insightsAnnual preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements and actively support the year-end auditActive management of global accounting positions and significant transactionsAccounting system data integrityManagement and performance of US credit operations and US payrollRequirements:8-12 years overall experience7+ years Accounting ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent requiredCPA RequiredMBA preferredExperience leading global accounting processes and teamsPeople Management experience is requiredSpecialized Skills:Strong understanding of US GAAPExperience with financial statement auditsExperience in managing and working with teamsOther Requirements:Ability to effectively partner and communicate with Corporate LeadershipAbility to apply accounting concepts and identify gapsAbility to think cross-functionallyAbility to effectively prioritize multiple demands and meet deadlinesSignificant finance and accounting knowledgeAdvanced accounting skills, including preparing and review financial statementsERP system knowledge required; SAP and BPC knowledge preferredAdvanced Excel knowledgeHollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment.About Hollister IncorporatedHollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures and markets healthcare products worldwide.
