We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President – Source to Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL, HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Partner with the business or vendor partners to develop plans for a single complex activity, one of: Systems, Analysis, Invoice Processing, Sustainable Procurement, Contract Management. May guide more junior team members to execute activities throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects and assign project tasks. Responsible for all service areas of the assigned complex activity.
The assigned activity is often highly complex in nature and may require collaboration and communication with Sourcing and Source-to-Pay senior management. May represent the S2P Manager in key meetings, as needed. Independently complete complex analyses.
Guide more junior team members in designing, building, manipulating, and presenting spreadsheets, databases, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite of tools. Apply advanced, extensive knowledge of wider S2P to complete work as needed, and guide and/or train more junior team members to improve their proficiency.
Prepare complex supply market analyses and develop large quantities of RFP and RFI templates, pricing assessments, and total-cost modeling. Typically at this level, responsible for larger, complex assignments. Review full summary presentations prepared by more junior team members and advise on improvements. Design reporting policies and procedures which support effective planning, decision-making, and reporting and ensure new policies and procedures are implemented. Review implementations completed by more junior team members for accuracy.
Use extensive experience to develop system and process improvements that promote improved quality, timeliness, and relevance of reports. Independently identify and communicate opportunities for system and process improvements based on significant experience with these systems and processes. Guide more junior team members in delivering large quantities of routine performance reporting and ad hoc reporting requests. Use working relationships with wider S2P team senior professionals to deliver complex and high-risk, high-cost-potential tasks relating to their assigned activity, with a clear focus on improving the end-to-end S2P process. Often complete time-sensitive, ad hoc requests for tasks relating to their assigned activity accurately and in compliance with deadlines.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
Broad procurement experience including procurement analytics, data architecture, and systems preferred.
5+ years of AP experience; prior financial services experience preferred.
