has partnered with a Premier, nationally recognized firm in seeking a candidate to fill their
Labor and Employment Associate Attorney
role. The ideal candidate would have 3 to 6 years of Labor and Employment law experience.This would be a Hybrid Position located in Seattle WA with 2-3 days in office. Pursuant to Washington Regulation, the Salary range for this position is $180,000 to $225,000 annually.Responsibilities:
Represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings concerning labor and employment disputes.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, wrongful termination, and employment contracts.Assist with compliance audits and investigations.Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and agreements.Participate in negotiations and mediations.Keep abreast of legislative and regulatory developments affecting labor and employment law.Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver exceptional legal services to clients.Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the WA state bar and in good standing.At least 2 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service excellence.Pay: $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 per yearCompetitive Benefits package
