A law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong industry affiliations, exceptional counseling and writing skills, and hands-on litigation expertise. Labor and employment experience is considered a plus.Duties:Conducting eDiscovery tasks, including data collection, preservation, processing, and review.Collaborating with legal teams to develop eDiscovery strategies and workflows.Managing and overseeing document review projects.Providing legal counsel on eDiscovery issues and best practices.Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to eDiscovery.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery within a legal setting.Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Skills:Proficient in eDiscovery tools and platforms.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent counseling and communication skills.Hands-on experience with litigation processes.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
