$240,000 to $315,000Position Overview:A prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Corporate Transactional Attorney to join their offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas. This role is tailored for candidates with a strong, stable background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, or securities, who are seeking to leverage their experience within a leading law firm environment.Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities matters.Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.Negotiate, draft, and review a range of transactional documents and contracts.Conduct due diligence and risk assessment on all relevant matters.Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
Qualifications
:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, or securities, with recent experience at a reputable law firm.Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in prior roles; candidates with frequent job changes are discouraged.Active bar admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas.Strong academic credentials and experience with an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm preferred.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, alongside high professional judgment and client relationship experience.Compensation and Benefits
