Upland Brewing is seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Director to join our phenomenal team. In this role you will be responsible for leading all things "HR" and the company will look to you for both strategic guidance and implementation expertise on HR activities and programs that foster our growth objectives.
You will support our Hospitality business, including 9 restaurant locations, and our Wholesale and Brewery business. No day will be the same, and your activities will include Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, HR Compliance and Reporting, Employee Relations, Coaching, and building and maintaining our HRIS and payroll system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR Certification from SHRM or HRCI strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management role
Strong knowledge of HR systems; Experience with Paycor a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to work flexibly to support employees and managers working non-traditional hours
Strong generalist knowledge of recruiting, reporting, benefits management, on-boarding, and payroll functions
