Assists and collaborates with staff to promote optimal patient care. Picks surgical cases completely ensuring that all necessary supplies, instrumentation and equipment are ready for the surgical procedures. Follows consistent case picking practices, inventory management practices, utilizing established processes, visual management and standard work. Provides and maintains a clean, safe and attractive environment for patients.
