We focus on ensuring positive experiences to families, teachers and staff as we expand KinderCare’s footprint through Delivery of Growth Delivery’s products:New center openings (and New Center Conversions)AcquisitionsClient partnership centers (New Centers and Transition centers)Special projectsAs a key member of the Growth Delivery team, the Principal Project Manager (PPM) works to define delivery frameworks, processes and governance to ensure products contribute positive business value and meet agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality business results.The PPM leads projects within the KinderCare Project Management Framework (Agile/Scrum, Iterative, and Waterfall) from initiation through project close while providing methodology guidance and expertise on project execution.The PPM inspires the team with a positive and collaborative leadership style and engages with executives, collaborators, and partners throughout all levels of the company to deliver assigned projects at the highest level of excellence.When you join our team as Principal Project Manager, you will:Act as a nexus between partners to ensure a clear definition of products, bringing cross functional groups alongLead and develop governance across function to develop Growth Delivery products to ensure clear definition, goals and metricsDefine governance and work across workstreams and programs to ensure processes deliver against product definitionsDefine intake processes and create easy to use common toolsLead ongoing delivery of products through workstreamsCreate reporting and dashboards to summarize workflows across projects and report on progress to senior leadershipLead project team members in achieving desired outcomes of deliverablesManage project dependencies, milestones, and critical pathManage and report project performance, task delegation and stakeholder managementControl and track changes to scope, schedule, quality/experience, issues, and riskElevate risks and issues to leadership level as neededProvide weekly status reports in order to ensure successful deliveryMentor and guide partners and project teams, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.Qualifications:
