Skills:
Provide leadership and oversight to manage the successful delivery of projects/programs, including Cloud Migrations, Data Center Consolidation, Application Upgrades, ServiceNow PPM implementation, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with multiple workstreams that requires partnership with multiple internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.Create portfolio level roadmaps & resource plans spanning business, technology, & support functions, manage dependencies, deliver consistent portfolio communication, and uphold portfolio governance requirements.Line Management responsibilities for a team of Project/Program Managers and Business Analysts.Drive to make things happen. Be a forward thinker, protagonist, and decision maker.Communication skills - Written and Verbal (SVP facing role).Cybersecurity high level knowledge/experience.Project management experience - some technical cloud/infra background.Scrum basic experience - Ceremonies, burndown chart, team velocity, etc.Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - V3 Foundation.
