Tech Project Manager (PMP CSM) Cyber Security
The Technical Project Manager (PMP/CSM) will project manage the implementation, deployment, expansion, and go live of multiple Cyber Security / Network Security platforms in an enterprise healthcare environment. Must have Bachelors, PMP, CSM, and proven tech PM background in an Agile environment. Prior Project Management of CyberSecurity / Network Security Projects preferred. This role will support this industry leading Medical Device cybersecurity program securing hundreds of thousands of medical devices across dozens of hospitals and hundreds of medical buildings nationwide. Program focus is on minimizing the risks related to cyberattacks on devices connected to a network, or those containing a large amount of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Leverage your Project Management PMP / CSM expertise in the Agile/SCRUM workspace to plan, coordinate, and drive multiple concurrent projects in highly collaborative nature. This includes Project Planning, Schedules, milestones, and executive status reporting. Fluency in Agile Scrum ceremonies, processes, and artifacts - Sprint planning, backlog grooming, story point estimation, sprint stand ups, burn downs, retrospectives. Should have experience in JIRA / Confluence (OR similar Agile tool - Rally, Azure Devops). Facilitation of daily scrum meetings, maintaining action items & issues lists and task management to ensure that plans are executing to completion. Responsible for planning and tracking of projects both (tactical and strategic), cost effectiveness, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and implementation of highly visible, sensitive and multi-faceted projects. Identifies and resolves issues related to projects. Ensures assigned projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality levels are consistent with partner/customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Project Manage several Network Security projects (network segmentation, cybersecurity, IAM, PAM implementation)Work with business partners to build and support business cases, workstreams supporting program charter.Manages multiple complex Network Security projects across workstreams, diverse stakeholders, teams concurrently.Scrum Master for multiple teams within the Program in parallel, working with global teams.Manages all phases of the project delivery life cycle and consults for other projects.Manage dependencies and risks and provide risk mitigation across each workstream.Manage Project workstreams and key metrics within JIRA, Confluence, and TableauConduct key Agile ceremonies, e.g., PI planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives to actively manage risks and external dependenciesDevelop and manage JIRA dashboards and processes with JQLBuild and maintain Agile Metrics / charts - Burndown, Epic and release burndown, velocity, controls, cumulative flows.Generate project/program reports for executive management with metrics from Jira, Confluence, Tableau.Provide weekly executive presentations delivering status updates, incremental delivery, showcase project progress.Requirements
Must have Bachelors, PMP, CSM, and proven Tech PM background (ideally leading Network Security Projects).Minimum of 5+ years Tech Project Management experience - Systems Implementations.Bachelor's Degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.CSM with current experience in Agile methodology, frameworks, ceremonies, tools, and metrics.Experience in managing projects and project metrics within JIRA, Confluence and delivering status updates for incremental delivery to showcase project overall progressKnowledge of developing and managing JIRA dashboards and processes (experience with JQL a plus).Experience in documenting and managing financial forecasts, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, business objectives within JIRAPreferred focus experience
Familiar with common practices within service enablement projects, like Cyber Security, Network Security, Identity and Access Management.PM Experience on Cybersecurity projects - implementations, upgrades, expansions, rollouts (Network Security, Cyber Security, Network Segmentation, Security Monitoring, PAM, IAM, Firewalls or similar - a major plus.Exposure to CyberArk PAM, Armis network security monitoring, Airwall micro-firewall, network segmentation - Ideal.The Perks:
