Our Centurion mine is located 160 kilometres west of Mackay.

you will support our Centurion growing site with accurate and timely payroll services.
Duties will include:End to end payroll processing including weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly payrolls, superannuation, establishing new employee files, maintaining leave balances & records;Administration and timely data entryTimely response to employee pay inquiriesInterpreting awards, agreements and industrial legislation;Collaboration with site HR on any staff matters that could impact employee pay such as employment and roster changes to ensure timekeeping and SAP are in sync.Assisting with month and year end processes and reportingReconciliations.About you:Experience in a similar roleKnowledge of the SAP payroll systemThe ability to work under pressure and have a very strong customer focusKnowledge of UKG time and attendance module idealThorough understanding of termination paymentsKnowledge of industrial legislationExperience in mining or heavy industry will be highly regardedThe lifestyle:This position is offered on a 9-day fortnight (Monday to Friday, Monday to Thursday) roster and can allow for a residential (Moranbah) or DIDO lifestyle.Peabody Energy also offers the following:Employee assistance program available for yourself and immediate familyNovated vehicle leasing availableHealth and lifestyle benefits (WHEREFIT)Employee recognition programAbout Peabody:Peabody is a leading coal producer, providing essential products for the production of affordable, reliable energy & steel.
