JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and maintain secure IT and OT network architectures for offshore assets
Implement and manage cybersecurity measures for both IT and OT environments
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
Respond to and mitigate security incidents
Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT/OT security, with focus on industrial control systems
In-depth knowledge of IT and OT network architectures and protocols
Proficiency in applying NIST and other relevant cybersecurity frameworks
Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
Understanding of offshore operations and associated security challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP)
Experience in the oil and gas or maritime industry
Knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance standards
