Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and annual business plans.Localization Recruitment: Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the U.S. market, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top local talent.Cultural Adaptability: Integrate an understanding of U.S. culture into HR practices to ensure compliance with local customs and employment laws.Talent Management: Lead essential HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all HR activities adhere to local labor laws and company policies.Organizational Development: Drive organizational growth initiatives, such as leadership training, team-building activities, and other development programs to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.Employee Benefits & Compensation: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain key talent.Communication & Coordination: Collaborate closely with HR teams at headquarters and other regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness of global HR strategies.Data Analysis: Use HR data analysis to support decision-making and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
