At Symphony Talent, we're all about people—connecting, inspiring, and hiring them for jobs that transform their lives and our clients' organizations.
Our human approach, synergistic technology, and brand solutions deliver the outcomes you care about – from reach to retention – by coordinating talent leaders and their teams and enabling them to improve and advance continually.
Symphony Talent supports more than 900 clients worldwide, including the world’s leading brands. Its headquarters are in New York, London, Bangalore, and Belfast, with over 300 multinational employees.
Position Overview:
The Recruitment Marketing Strategist will serve as an on-demand consultant, partnering with existing enterprise-level clients to understand their current recruitment marketing tactics. You'll look across their suite of Symphony Talent solutions to provide guidance/recommendations/optimization opportunities. This role requires a strategic (analytical) mindset, creativity, and the ability to adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of different organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience directing recruitment marketing efforts within an enterprise organization and will excel at translating client needs into actionable paths forward.
In this role, you’ll be a critical link, aligning various solution teams within Symphony Talent, ensuring seamless client outcomes, and working with Symphony Talent's existing suite of solutions, leveraging them to create a single omnichannel strategy that allows teams to execute against a shared vision. In some cases, you'll be a detective, listening to the client and client teams and evaluating what is being offered to create this strategy. Other times, you'll analyze client activity in their platforms, listen to their goals, and identify efficiencies, ways of working, or automation opportunities to help them optimize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal client-facing teams to understand client recruitment needs, business objectives, and pain points. Create customized, data-driven recruitment marketing strategies that leverage their existing suite of solutions to drive client satisfaction, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
Employer Branding: Evaluate effectiveness of current activation efforts and suggest alternative tactics that leverage their unique values, culture, and unique selling propositions to their target talent pools.
Campaign Management: Design and implement tailored CRM marketing campaigns utilizing best in class email deliverability recommendations and persona driven content selection in drip, automated workflow, SMS, and email tactics.
Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for clients, including job descriptions, employer branding materials, and multimedia assets. Ensure that content is compelling and aligned with each client’s brand messaging.
CRM Strategy: Develop and deliver CRM strategies for clients. Implement CRM tools and processes to optimize candidate interactions, nurture relationships, and drive conversions.
Email Marketing: On a time-bound / set deliverable basis, you may create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for clients. You will teach them best practices and share knowledge to help them independently find success with their platform.
Internal Client Voice Representation: Act as the client's voice within the organization. You'll be a key driver in Symphony Talent's transformative journey to bring our clients' voices into every area of our business.
Partnership with Product Teams: Collaborate with internal Product teams to influence functional, design, and operational decisions based on client needs and feedback. From your experience as a TA / RM practitioner you’ll help ensure that product solutions and innovations align with recruitment marketing objectives and enhance client outcomes.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of recruitment marketing initiatives for each client. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategies and achieve client objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide expert advice, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends (Employer Brand / Recruitment Marketing / Candidate Experience) and standards of excellence (email benchmarks, website performance, TA selection processes). Use this knowledge to offer clients cutting-edge strategies and solutions that set them apart in the talent marketplace.
Project Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely service delivery and adherence to client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth initiative execution.
Key Outcomes :
Directly engage with optimization clients to evaluate current usage, discuss concerns, and provide recommendations to increase adoption, client satisfaction and retention
Partner with Training team to drive completion of Full Funnel Framework education company-wide by end of year
Drive the creation of Center of Excellence standards collection, documentation and distribution, beginning with CRM (system / data hygiene; always-on nurture cadences; utilization of automation for segmented audiences)
Contribute to developing a standardized Quarterly Business Review deck, talking points, and data story to be used by client-facing teams in Q4
