What you'll do:
Manage the maintenance, design, development, testing, and deployment of standard, custom, composite and matrix Workday reports and dashboards.
Create a plan for standardizing and organizing Workday reports and provide ongoing support to customers looking for custom reporting requests.
Serve as a Workday Reporting expert who can provide deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and future data solution direction.
Proactively research new Workday reporting & analytics features and determine how best to meet user needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to assess reporting requirements.
Document requirements, development, UAT, and final deployment in a SOX compliance environment.
Perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner with other members of the People Technology team to develop creative solutions for delivering data and insights.
Troubleshoot user issues.
Who you are:
2-3 years of experience in Workday Reporting, dashboards, and creating calculated fields.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong client relationship skills.
Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
Ability to work in a high demand/rapidly changing environment.
Discretion while dealing with highly sensitive data.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is
$112,000.00 to $156,500.00 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to
$179,000.00 , which is the top of the range, based on ongoing performance.
